All Eurorack products are assembled, tested and shipped from Laine Modular in Hertfordshire, UK.
We aim to ship all orders within four days of purchase and will contact you if this changes. We operate an ‘in-stock’ inventory system on our website and will not list Eurorack products for sale that contain parts or hardware not stored and to hand on our premises.
You have a right to cancel & return your order within 14 days if you do not like it. The following conditions apply:
The unit needs to be in perfect condition, both aesthetically and functionally
It has to be returned in its original, like-new, package, with all accessories included
The shipping costs for the product return are at the buyer's expense.
With each new website order Laine will swiftly send confirmation by email .
Depending on location, we will use the best combination of Royal Mail and other courier services to deliver your products. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the package is dispatched.
Products shipping to the UK usually arrive within five days
Products shipping to the Europe usually arrive within 18 days
We aim to deliver all Eurorack goods worldwide within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed
